Reference number : 1716529 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-05 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 9 The Ministere des Ressources naturelles et des Forets (MRNF) through its Mauricie-Lanaudiere regional office requires the services of a construction contractor to proceed with the dismantling, recovery, cleaning and restoration of twenty-one (21) sites, of which eighteen (18) are located near Parent in the Agglomeration of La Tuque in the Mauricie region and three (3) in the Lanaudiere region (municipalities of Notre -Dame-de-la-Merci, Saint-Come and Chertsey), as well as the proper disposal of buildings, construction debris, vehicles, trailers, residual materials, etc. The services to be provided by the contractor to the MRNF generally include the elements presented in section "2 Description of needs" of the call for tenders document. The contract begins at the signing of the contract and ends on January 31, 2024. Work on each of the sites covered by this contract begins on the date set by the Minister's representative who notifies the Contractor in writing and must be completed no later than October 15, 2023. The provisional report for each site must be sent no later than October 16, 2023 and the final report no later than December 8, 2023. The transaction validation documents must be submitted to the Minister's representative throughout the work. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec, an establishment where it exercises its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders.
