Renovation of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Stair Tower Upgrades, to include rubber stair treads and misc. painting, at The Klump Academic Center at Penn College. Stair tower upgrades to include rubber stair treads and painting of stair stringers and hand/guardrails, Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College. Question Deadline 01/09/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents via Online.
