The fencing to be removed is 1) the Run along the North, in its entirety. 2) The Run along the West, in it's entirety. 3) the Run along the East, (from 4th street to the fencing surrounding the Law Firm Parking Lot) There is approximately 675' of 4' high fencing, and 144' of 5' high fencing. No gates are required. Color to be black. Suggested material type is aluminum. New fencing to be installed, in kind, closely matching the existing. Suggested style is "Franklin Style" by Security Fence Company, or an approved alternative. The City will approve/reject any alternatives. Suggested new fence details are as follows: 8' long sections with 1" pickets End posts: 3"x 3" with .125 wall thickness Line posts: 2-1/2" with .075 wall thickness
