Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project will utilize the current Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage for the workmen employed on this project. Deposit as security with each bid a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond for at least 10% of the base bid, payable to the Owner. Checks will be returned to all except the 2 lowest bidders within 5 days; and to others when contracts have been executed. The check of the second lowest bidder will be returned within 5 days upon the presentation of an acceptable bid bond. A bidder who fails to execute and deliver the contract within 5 days after receiving notice of award, together with certificates of insurance and bond forms as required, shall forfeit to the Owner, as liquidated damages for such failure, the security deposited with his bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after receipt of bids, except as may be provided by law. The competency and responsibility of bidders will be considered in making awards. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
