Professional Construction Phase Engineering Services: Resident Project Representative The construction contract includes replacement and slip-lining of 60 cross pipes (average length of 50 feet), delineation of wetlands, erosion and sedimentation control measures, video inspection of all pipes and pipe cleaning. The RPR will work closely with the project design professionals to ensure that all permit conditions are met. Construction of the project will be accomplished through the conventional design bid-build process. Question Deadline: 08/18/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. A bid guarantee must be obtained from each bidder equivalent to five (5) percent of the bid price. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid as assurance that the bidder will upon acceptance of the bid execute such contractual documents as may be required. (iii) A performance bond must be required from the contractor for one hundred (100) percent of the contract price. (iv) A payment bond must be required from the contractor for one hundred (100) percent of the contract provisions.
