The BRA reserves the right to reject any Proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Respondent fails to satisfy the BRA that such Respondent is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the Services contemplated herein. The scope of services presented below for each phase is a general description of the required work to develop this project and will be further developed during negotiations. Therefore, the actual scope of services for the Professional Services Agreement(s) may vary depending upon the final scope of work developed by the BRA and the Respondent.
