This project will remove a water main attached to a bridge that is to be replaced and install a new water main at noted on the drawings The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to acquire additional quantities at the prices quoted on the Bid Form. Compliance with the City's Minority and Women Business Enterprise program is required on this project. Please refer to the Special Instructions to Bidders contained in the Project Manual for the City's M/WBE program requirements. The M/WBE goals are 5% MBE and 5% WBE.
