Introduction This project is located at Wilson elementary School and will consist of installing 3 new roof systems and the rehabilitation of metal roofing of 13 portables. o The Contractor will be responsible for providing a complete turn-key finished product included in all related contract documents. o Contractor will provide all labor and materials o Contractor to provide all required submittals. Wilson Elementary Specification to install the new roof system and rehabilitation of metal roofing is provided. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials and labor necessary to complete the project. Please refer to the following attached plans and specifications.
