The project scope includes the removal of existing plants and walkways, installing new underlayment, Geotech fabric, pavers, plants, and associated site work. New security gates with privacy screens, new site lighting, and new site furnishings. Plants should have a 1-year warranty upon completion of the project. This is a prevailing wage job.
