Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work is - Replace the existing cooling tower. Replace the condenser water pumps with new pumps. Replace the condenser water pipes. Install heat tracing on exterior condenser water pipes. Install insulation on pipes with aluminum jacket. Rebalance the condenser water system. Provide new starters for new condenser water pumps. Rewire new pump starters to the electrical panel.
