The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the Russell St, Caldwells Ln, Taylor St, Lincoln Ave, and Grant Ave Infrastructure Improvements project consisting of approximately of 8,987 SY of roadway reconstruction, new storm sewer and underground detention facilities, construction of 3,997 LF of water main, 2,444 LF joint utility duct bank, installation of solar streetlights and other improvements The deadline to ask questions is 10/23/2024 12:00 PM CST Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed. The security may be in the form of a Bid Bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City. The successful Offeror must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all offers and to waive any informalities in proposals received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the Project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
