The Village of Lisle requests bids for remodeling services. The successful bidder (Contractor) will provide services that comply with the following :Work shall consist of all necessary equipment and labor to conduct the remodel of the Public Works crew area, as detailed in the plans and specifications for the remodeling work located in the Project Manual. Notice to Proceed: within 7 days after due date Desired Construction start: Not later than 14 calendar days after Notice of Award Desired Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed Bidder Questions Due April 28, 2023 Addendum Released May 1, 2023
