Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lisle, Illinois. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 16, 2025, this project is in design. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this point in time. The scope of services shall include a review of the Phase 1 Engineering report (Exhibit 1), a redesign of the sidewalk elements of the streetscape, a condition assessment of trees and planter beds to determine what elements of this streetscape can remain, preparation of preliminary cost estimates for the proposed re-design, presentation and discussion with the Village Board and interested parties, and other necessary work needed to prepare a future streetscape rehabilitation plan. Plan preparation will not be a component of this work; however, development of a construction staging plan should be included in any re-design. Any questions shall be asked in writing and sent via email to Michelle Gleisner, Financial Services Director at procurement@villageoflisle.org. All questions shall be received no later than Thursday, July 20, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Village reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject any and all statements, to waive any irregularities in any submitted statement or to accept any statement which will best serve the interest of the Village.
