Renovation of a municipal facility in Princeton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This proposal covers the supply and installation of a renovation of the Town of Princeton building located at 231 Bridge St, Princeton, BC. Provision of supply and install services shall include the following scope of work: a) To the Main Floor: 1. Replace Glazing at front. 2. Design reception work space. Half wall glazing to security door 3. Design copy / file room 4. Replace floor 5. Frame out spaces 6. Meeting room, half wall glazing to room door 7. Provide accessible universal washroom 8. Electrical services + IT 9. HVAC 10. New ceiling tiles and lighting 11. Paint 12. Emergency lighting b) To the Mezzanine: 1. Frame out office wall 2. Replace floor 3. Design work space 4. Electrical and IT 5. HVAC 6. New ceiling tiles and lighting 7. Paint 8. Emergency lighting c) To the upper floor: 1. Frame out office wall 2. Replace floor 3. Design work space 4. Electrical and IT 5. HVAC 6. New ceiling tiles and lighting 7. Paint 8. Emergency lighting Award: Fred and Company Builders in the amount of no more than $75,000.
