Electrical services + IT 9. HVAC 10. New ceiling tiles and lighting 11. Paint 12. Emergency lighting b) To the Mezzanine: 1. Frame out office wall 2. Replace floor 3. Design work space 4. Electrical and IT 5. HVAC 6. New ceiling tiles and lighting 7. Paint 8. Emergency lighting c) To the upper floor: 1. Frame out office wall 2. Replace floor 3. Design work space 4. Electrical and IT 5. HVAC 6. New ceiling tiles and lighting 7. Paint 8. Emergency lighting Award: Fred and Company Builders in the amount of no more than $75,000.
