Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Princeton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Princeton is requesting proposals to provide materials, labor, equipment, and construction services for the replacement of the existing brick sidewalk with a new Boardwalk. This will be done at the front of the Princeton Visitor Centre and also, a section on Bridge Street. This Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines the overall scope of the renovation. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Removal of a 12' x 24' slab of stamped concrete in front of the Visitor Centre. Supply and install new road base, compact and supply 8-inch sleepers on fabric. Compact sand around sleepers to within two inches of sleeper height. Provide and Install fabric barrier for weed control under boardwalk. Install new boardwalk material (Kebony) supplied by the Town. SITE LOCATION The Princeton Visitor Centre is located at 169 Bridge St, the second location is on Bridge Street from the corner of Billiter Ave to Harold Ave.
