Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Princeton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a 1,733-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Through a competitive procurement process School District No. 58 (Nicola-Similkameen) is seeking to procure the services of a qualified Construction Manager to provide construction management services in relation to the planning and construction of Childcare Facilities as part of the Riverside Learning Center Project, to be located at 148 Old Hedley Rd, Princeton BC. The project involves the renovation of existing internal school structure and childcare layout to accommodate the capacity of 74 children as well as the construction of an additional building on site to facilitate a 48-school age childcare facility for a total of project total of 122 available seats.
