New construction of a civil project in Princeton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway and water / sewer project.
The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities: Construction of a 6.1m x 4.3m booster station structure complete with cast-in-place concrete foundation, concrete exterior walls furnished with insulation and vertical siding, wood trusses and standing seam metal roof system. Supply and installation of all mechanical piping and fittings, valves, and appurtenances. Supply and installation of three (3) 7.5 HP vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps. Supply and installation of building electrical, ventilation, plumbing and drainage systems. Supply and installation of watermains, valves and fittings complete with tie-ins, road restoration including asphalt and base gravels. Supply and installation of all process electrical, instrumentation and controls. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
