**As of July 5, 2023, project was awarded to Select Contracting LLC, awarded amount is $95,000.00.** Work Contemplated: The Contract for which bids are requested will be executed between the Pittsburgh Public Schools of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as Owner, and the Contractor submitting an acceptable bid for furnishing and installing all that work upon which the bid was based, which is shown, called for, or reasonably implied by the Contract DocumentsOff-site work, including, but not limited, to the preparation of schedules, submittals and shop drawings shall be started on the Project no later than five (5) days after Notice of Intent to Award Contract is issued by the Owner. In the event the Owner chooses not to execute an Agreement with the Contractor, the Contractor shall be entitled to reimbursement for off-site work completed in accordance with the Contract documents. Any and all costs for off-site work completed prior to execution of the Agreement must be substantiated and such reimbursement shall not exceed one percent (1%) of the Projects total value. The Contractor shall be prepared to start the on-site work June 15, 2023. The entire work shall be substantially complete, ready for use on August 11th 2023. Punch List items must be completed 30 days after substantial completion. Failure to comply with these and other milestone dates shall be a material breach of this Contract subjecting the Contractor to termination and/or Liquidated Damages.
