Site work and paving for a civil project in Chipley, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of March 19, 2024, the project was awarded to Extreme Land Restoration, with an awarded amount of $948,015.25. Anticipate start date is April 2024 and anticipated completion date November 2024. **As of March 1, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of the project includes removal of existing pipe culvert & endwalls and constructing a new triple barrel 10'x5' concrete box culvert, 350 feet of new roadway (rock base and hot mix asphalt pavement) along with clearing, earthwork, guardrail, concrete ditch pavement, rip-rap rubble, pipe culverts, concrete mitered end sections and grassing. Alternative bid items for replacement of the existing culverts with triple 48" diameter culverts are also included.
