Bids Shall Be a Lump Sum Price; Segregated Bids Will Not Be Accepted. The Work Shall Consist of Removal of Two Water Source Heat Pumps and Related Terminal Units, Replacement With a Single Water Source Heat Pump and Related Terminal Units. Bids shall be a lump sum price; segregated bids will not be accepted. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Accept Bids in Any Order or Combination, Accept or Reject Portions of Bids, Make Modifications to the Work After Bidding, and Waive Any Informalities in the Bids if Deemed in Its Best Interest to Do So. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Sixty (60) Days After the Actual Closing Time for Receipt of Bids.
