Renovation of a municipal facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: Taylor/Kempkes, Architects, 210 Central Ave., Suite 3, Hot Springs, AR 71901 (501)624-5679. A Bid Security in the amount of Five (5%) percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Bidders must comply with the regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable statutes. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of bids. This is paid for by the Garland County Judge&rsquos Office.
