Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials, labor, and perform all the work in the demolition of structures and appurtenance . Wells, cisterns, cesspools, outdoor toilets, basements, cellars, septic tanks, etc., and holes and trenches resulting from demolition and removal shall be filled to the ground surface. Rock materials from masonry construction may be used in the backfilling up to a depth of one foot below theground surface if sufficient fine materials are mixed therewith to fill the voids.
