Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project is to replace the Motor Control Center (MCC) for the Aeration Blower Building on the Secondary Treatment Train #1 at the WWTP in Hanover Township, PA. The existing Square D (9) section MCC will be removed and replaced with a new Allen Bradley (9) section Centerline 2100 MCC. All work is to be performed in accordance with WVSA Project Specifications and Scope Of Work. The project will include but not be limited to medium voltage power isolation, lock-out/tag-out, selective demolition, determination/termination of various conductors, conduit/wire trough modifications, conduit/ wire trough installations, etc. The new MCC is being supplied by WVSA to the contractor as individual sections. Contractor supplied materials will be minimal. All labor, tools, equipment and materials not provided by WVSA for the project shall be provided by the contractor. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority. At the option of the Bidder, the Bid Bond may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bond (at par value) or a Bid Bond on the form provided in the contract documents.
