Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 6, 2023, project was awarded to Martin Paving Inc, awarded amount is $108,144.20. Contract No. 1 - Street Preservation work including single sized chip seal, bituminous surface treatments, and fog seals. Additional work includes crack sealing, painted white lines, and thermoplastic white lines. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Borough of Gettysburg in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder for Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. All proposals must be submitted online via PennBid and include documents outlined within the specifications. The Borough of Gettysburg reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
