This Invitation to Tender (the RFT) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Manhole Rehabilitation of MHL1, MHL2, AND MHL3 NR-12 Landfill Site as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The removal of an existing cementitious manhole lining coating and the application of new epoxy coating of three (3) existing manholes at the Niagara Rd 12 Landfill Site in Niagara Region. Only short-listed respondents will be invited to participate in a potential invitational second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the Deliverables, estimated to be in July and/or August 2023.
