Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The Work consists of: Turn-key construction of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures with Single-Panel Fabric Shade Panels and Concrete Foundations at various new and existing schools. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-25 or C-14G The project is a unit price contract with no minimums. The Owner's representative is: Kevin McWhorter, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-969-4009 Bid documents will be available online via our cloud-based site "Bluebeam" beginning April 24, 2023. PreQualified Prime Bidders will need to email Teresa Torix at torixtl@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through CCSD's Bluebeam document viewer tool with instruction on how to view and print the Bid documents. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
