The Department reserves the right to interview Offerors. A minimum of three (3) offerors within the competitive range will be selected to participate in the presentation/interview process after the initial RFP Proposals are evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) based on the evaluation criteria listed herein All Contractor’s and its subcontractors’ insurance required in connection with this contract shall be written by insurance companies with an A.M. Best Insurance Guide rating of at least A- VII (or the equivalent by any other rating agency) and licensed in the District. To confirm the design and construction of the Project in accordance with the RFP Documents. To provide all design services and construction management services necessary to implement the goals of the Project inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: civil, architectural, electrical, structural, and mechanical design services as required for the Project; construction management services inclusive of budgeting, value engineering (“Value Engineering”), scheduling, Project administration, management and coordination of subcontractors. To conduct subsurface investigation work if and as required for the Project. To furnish and provide all materials, management, personnel, equipment, hazardous material abatement, supervision, labor and other services necessary to complete the Project
