CLARIFICATION OF TERMS & QUESTIONS: If any prospective Offeror has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, then it is the Offeror's responsibility to contact the Purchasing Office and submit questions in writing, no later than April 28, 2023. Oral requests for information will not be accepted. No further written inquiries will be accepted after 2:00 P.M. local time on April 28, 2023. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by an addendum issued by the Purchasing Office. Any addenda, notifications, extensions, cancellations or changes will be posted after May 3, 2023 on the City's website PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Not to exceed one (1) year The project involves the addition of a new supplementary system for Fredericksburg Regional Transit's Maintenance Facility. The additional of new supplementary VRF cooling system for garage bays, parts room, and restrooms. All VRF Controls shall be full digital standalone. NIGP Commodity Code: 91450 Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) All communications for clarification, information and/or questions must be submitted in writing by email and have the bid number and title in the subject line or they will not be considered - "IFB #23-0314FRT SUPPLEMENTARY HVAC SYSTEM FOR TRANSIT MAINTENANCE FACILITY." All posted clarifications or addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted.
