Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is for the design, permit, and construct 3 (three) separate recreational structures, including one (1) Pedestrian Boardwalk; one (1) Fishing Pier/Observation Deck; and one (1) Pavilion at Lake Indrio Preserve per the descriptions and specifications provided in the bid document. The awarded Bidder/Contractor shall obtain all necessary State, Federal & Local permits, and construct for each of structures they are awarded. Design, Permit & Construct Recreation Structures at Indrio Lake Preserve. All Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond with the Bid Form or their bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. A one hundred percent (100%) Public Construction Bond is required upon notification of St. Lucie County's intention to award the contract to the apparent successful bidder. Bidders may not withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County.
