Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project proposes (1) connection to the existing 12" water main at the northeast corner of Seminole Road and Hibiscus Road, approximately 700 LF of 12" PVC water main, 2,070 LF of 8" PVC water main of which 1,600 lineal feet will be owner-provided and installed by the Contractor, (1) connection to the existing 4" water main system adjacent to the Lakewood Park Water Treatment Plant, and associated gate valves, fire hydrants, fittings and appurtenances along Seminole Road, Deland Avenue, and Fort Pierce Blvd. Project will provide potable water supply to residential properties located in the project area. Construction consists of, but not limited to: utilities exploration; coordination with any permitting agencies; trenching; dewatering; restrainers; soil compaction; testing; traffic control; and necessary items to result in an operational system as required by FDEP, FDOT, and St. Lucie County, Regulations. All construction and material shall be per St. Lucie County Latest Standards. Questions received less than ten (10) days before bid opening cannot be answered.
