Site work for a water / sewer project in Highland Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work for this proposed project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to construct, in accordance with the plans and specifications, the Water System Improvements A/C Water Line Replacement Project in the City of Highland Village. This project generally consists of approximately 2,900 linear feet of 8" water line by open cut and approximately 1,300 linear feet of 8" water line by wet bore and other miscellaneous related appurtenances in Sandero Drive, Bexar Drive, Victoria Drive, Malibu Drive, and Inca Place. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the City of Highland Village, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Payment and Performance Bonds as required by the contract within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to the bidder. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond (for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance), will be required by the Owner; each bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount.
