Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Geneva, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a library; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work generally includes removals, bollard lighting, parking lighting, sign installation, metal fencing, landscaping, and restoration Geneva Public Library Fence and Story Walk Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. The Geneva Public Library District reserves the right to reject any or all bids All inquiries, outside of the pre-bid meeting (if one is held), that concern the bid request shall be submitted in writing to Upland Design Ltd. via email to info@uplandDesign.com and LDafoe@uplandDesign.com.
