The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University will receive sealed bids for Project No. ---151130/1353 Titled Computer Warehouse Building Roof Replacement Scope of work: Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of the Computer Warehouse Roof, having a total SF area of approximately 24,397 SF. The work shall include the removal of existing EPDM roofing down to the existing roof deck and replacement with a new fully-adhered, single-ply PVC membrane, including new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board and flashing. The work shall also include, replacing mechanical unit curbs, exposed structural steel mechanical unit support dunnage, furnishing and installing safety guard railings, hazardous materials abatement and disconnecting and storing existing solar panels, and later reconnecting after roofing work is complete. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
