A. Project Description: Project consists of renovating 3rd floor spaces into a new Fire Arms Lab, Latent Prints Lab, and support spaces. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 1. Bidders are informed that this project is being funded by Onondaga County. 2. Project is a tax exempt capital improvement, and Bidders shall not include in their Bid sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials which are to be incorporated into the work and which are to be separately sold by the Contractor to the County of Onondaga prior to incorporation into the work of the Contract.
