Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Black Hawk, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a 263-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Roche Constructors, Inc. was awarded the CMGC contract Gregory Point Site Improvements project in Black Hawk, Colorado. The scope consists of removal and replacement of site fencing and guardrails at each of the three terraces, including replacement of handrails and concrete walking surfaces in limited locations. Repair of stone walls in select areas is also requested. Replace gravel road and parking surface with asphalt surface. *This project is negotiated and is Roche Constructors' project. No contact with the Owner or Engineer. All communications must be through the estimator.
