As of October 10, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A. Work shall include selective demolition, new wall construction, new door and window assemblies, room finishes, casework, electrical, and adjustments to HVAC systems as indicated on drawings. 1. Refer to drawings for detailed scope of work. C. Perform Work of Contract under a General Construction Contract based on stipulated sum in accordance with Conditions of Contract. Est. Completion Date: April 1, 2024 Base Bid Work of the Project includes renovation of 3,700 SF office area.
