Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Office addition to the South of the existing cabana, including new entry door and new windows and siding: new garage addition to the North of existing cabana, including new roll-up door and man door; ADA compliant renovations to sidewalks, doors, bathrooms, etc.; decommissioning, demolishing and filling in existing pool and pouring concrete over new grade; new roofing; electrical, mechanical and structural alterations and additions; and other alterations, additions and renovations as indicated in the plans and specifications. Includes decommission of pool, fill void, new concrete lid, per plans. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. Work includes, but is not limited to, office addition to the South of the existing cabana, including new entry door and new windows: new garage addition to the North of existing cabana, including new roll-up door and man door; replacing fans in existing bathrooms and other alterations, additions and renovations and other tasks as described in the bid documents. Bid Guarantee Performance and Payment Bond 5% Bid Guarantee (bond, cashiers check, or certified check) Required with Bid Submission 100% Performance and Payment Bond Required upon Contract Award Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid due date.
