Office addition to the South of the existing cabana, including new entry door and new windows and siding: new garage addition to the North of existing cabana, including new roll-up door and man door; ADA compliant renovations to sidewalks, doors, bathrooms, etc.; decommissioning, demolishing and filling in existing pool and pouring concrete over new grade; new roofing; electrical, mechanical and structural alterations and additions; and other alterations, additions and renovations as indicated in the plans and specifications. Includes decommission of pool, fill void, new concrete lid, per plans. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA.
