Interested Contractors shall provide the Village with a written bid on the fully executed Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the bid or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. This bid guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The Village of Windsor, Wisconsin is soliciting bids from Contractors interested in providing building demolition services AWARD OF CONTRACT. It is anticipated that the Windsor Village Board will select and award contracts at a regularly scheduled Village Board Meeting after the scheduled time of closing bids. If the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a contract and submit the required certificate of insurance within 10 days after notice of award. The contractor shall remove all structures including all items within the buildings; interior partitions/walls, beams, or other projections; floors; basement floors; all footings and all nonnative material surrounding footings.
