In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. Per correspondence from Life Soils Florida, LLC dated April 11, 2023, COMAND Topdressing for sports turf and lawns is manufactured solely by Life Soils Florida, LLC, is totally unique, and cannot be obtained from any other source. Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under "documents") and respond to this solicitation by clicking "place offer".
