The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of signing the Contract in an amount equal to the Not to Exceed Contract Amount. The City reserves the right to cancel this request at any time in accordance with the City's best interest, to reject any Bid received, and to waive irregularities in accordance with the City's best interest. SCOPE OF WORK The awarded Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, and all other necessary components indicative of the type of work or supply of item(s) or services specified herein and as required to perform the work to 100% completion and/or to deliver all item(s) and/or services to the City as specified in these Bidding Documents, the awarded Contract, and each Work Assignment. Location: Each Work Assignment will be for Projects located within the City limits of Bentonville, Arkansas. Summary: The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, for a period of one (1) year, with a properly qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced Contractor for work generally consisting of providing the following services, including but not limited to: new service line installations, fire hydrant maintenance and repairs, manhole construction, and other repairs and installation associated with Bentonville Water Utilities sewer collection and water distribution systems, in response to City of Bentonville Requests (Work Assignments). The Not to Exceed Contract Amount set for this Contract is $500,000.00 (five hundred thousand dollars).
