Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and personnel necessary to modify VA Loma Linda Healthcare System's HVAC system IAW the Statement of Work. Contract Period: Base POP Begin: 06-01-2023 POP End: 09-30-2023 PRINCIPAL NAICS CODE: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and AirConditioning Contractors PRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: K045 - Modification of Equipment - Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment Contractor shall possess current C-20 Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractor's License. all questions to michael.williams48@va.gov no later than May 2, 2023 @ 3:00pm (PST). Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and personnel necessary to: o Install new VAV box w/reheat coil. o Install hot water supply and return lines for reheat coil. o Install isolation valves at VAV box for the reheat coil. o Connect power to components inside VAV box. o Run communication wire for VAV box controller. o Install new Siemens thermostat for VAV box (Siemens will provide programming). o Connect/install new duct to Police Entry Hallway to provide at 1000CFM. o Cut and install 2 supply drops for Police Entry Hallway. o Install dampers at T Wye.
