The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals to replace the existing security video system with a new Video Management System (VMS) at Kent County Waste-To-Energy (WTE) Facility located at 950 Market Ave., SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. The existing system consists of (23) Avigilon IP outdoor cameras to be replaced as well as an additional eight (8) new camera locations to be added. The awarded vendor will provide hardware, software, licensing, installation, programming, CAD, training and warranty for the products and services offered. Vendor is responsible for providing all equipment and materials unless noted otherwise
