The major items of work are approximately: 109,414 SY of Mill Bituminous Surface 24,212 Tons of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 3,059 Cu. Yds. of Common Embankment 3,275 Cu, Yds of Granular Backfill 86 Lin. Ft. of 10 x 6 Precast Box Culvert 2,246 Lin. Ft. of CS Pipe Culvert (Size Varies) 1,268 Lin. Ft. of RC Pipe (Size Varies) Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond payable to the Roseau County Treasurer in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Roseau County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and award the contract in the best interest of Roseau County. A minimum goal of 15.2 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. ONLY REGISTERED PLANHOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID ON THE PROJECT.
