The Town of Kirkland is requesting quotes for general plumbing maintenance services that will be carried out in the various municipal buildings: Maintenance and repair of water distribution networks, hydronic heating devices (electric or natural gas) and equipment in municipal buildings; Maintenance, unclogging and repair of sanitary pipes inside buildings, if necessary passing a camera to film a problem in the pipe; The assembly of temporary plumbing installation required during sporting and cultural events; The repair, installation, maintenance of electric or natural gas water heaters; All other plumbing work requested by the Director of the Public Works Department or his representative; Maintenance, repair, certification and installation of DAR backflow preventers; Installation, maintenance, repair and winterization of outdoor water fountains; The opening or winterizing of the swimming pool and municipal buildings, when required; Read and analyze the plans in order to carry out a diagnosis of the existing network; Freeze a pipe to repair or replace a valve if the main valve is not working; The contract is for 7 months starting in June 2023 and includes four renewal options.
