Please provide a proposal for MEP Commissioning Services for the new Benton County Courthouse and District Attorney Office located in Corvallis, OR. The new Courthouse will be the first of potentially 3 structures to be built on a 29.5-acre campus. The Courthouse will include the District Attorney Office and is estimated to be around 40,000 square feet. The total construction budget of for the Courthouse and DA Office is estimated to be $52,000,000. The other potential structures include a 60,000sqft Correctional Facility, and a 42,000sqft Sheriff's Office/Emergency Operations Center. Due to the potential of additional structures, the term of the agreement will be from execution of the contract, which is expected to occur on or about June 1st, 2023, through June 30th, 2026. The 50% Design Development package will be provided upon request. The construction schedule is anticipated to be 20 months. This is a CM/GC project delivery method with Hoffman Construction as the CM/GC and DLR Group as the architect. Any cost incurred by the respondents in preparing or submitting a quote shall be the respondents' sole responsibility. All responses, inquiries or correspondence relating to this proposal will become the property of Benton County. The new Courthouse will be built to LEED Silver equivalent. Proposers must have previous work experience on similar projects that require Enhanced Commissioning activities and LEED points documentation. All respondents are required to submit the information detailed below. Responses shall be organized and presented in the order listed below to assist the County in reviewing proposals. Responses should be presented in appropriate detail to thoroughly respond to the requirements and expected services.
