Site work for an educational facility in Farmington, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Project to remove and dispose of old skylights and suplly material and installation of new Kalwall Skylights at West Clinton Elementary and Buffalo Point Elementary. 5 year Warranty. Roofs are designed for 30 P.S.F. live load, 25 P.S.F wind load and 0 P.S.F. drift load. Skyroof to meet UL Listed Class A roof Requirements. All exposed aluminum to be standard color Kalwall Corrosion Resistant Finish which meets performance requirements of AAMA 2604. The walkthrough sign-in sheet has been uploaded to the document section of this bid. The line items will be updated so that contractors can bid on all three skylights for bulk pricing. There will also be a line item for each of the skylights to be quoted separately. The District may choose to only replace certain skylights depending on available funding.
