Renovation of a library in Farmington, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of December 9, 2024, this project has been completed. Scope of Work. A. The Architect and Envelope Consultant shall review and inspect existing conditions of the façade system on the Facility along with the record drawings and construction documents (attached hereto as exhibit C) to confirm the point failure and/or design flaw(s) in the existing façade system in order to better understand and avoid failures. B. The Architect shall meet with the County to review and present options, styles, colors, energy efficiencies, weather resistant features, sustainability, life expectancy, samples of the different available façade systems, and any other relevant information. C. The Architect shall provide minor electrical design if needed to replace the wall sconces lighting Project Construction Cost The County is estimating the project construction cost will range between $1,000,000 - $1,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
