Description of Work 01) The Corporation requests Bids for the following work on the Project as more fully described in the documents indicated in IB.5 a) 545 metres of watermain b) 905 cubic metres of rock excavation c) 2390 square metres of asphalt pavement d) Associated restoration The deadline for all enquiries shall be 4:00 p.m. Local time, Wednesday, May 10, 2023. a Bid Bond issued by a company acceptable to the Corporation in the amount of ten (10) % of the Bid Price including all applicable taxes. Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price including all applicable taxes. Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price including all applicable taxes. Maintenance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price including all applicable taxes for a period of two years. The Corporation reserves the right to distribute copies of any or all questions and responses to all Bidders.
