The project consists of installation of a new wet well, pumps, wet well mechanical piping, discharge piping, discharge force main connections, emergency generator, electrical system, concrete pads, chain-link fence and gate, and asphalt driveway for Lift Station 40. Removal of existing equipment and demolition with abandonment of existing structures as described in the contract documents is also included. The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager. The successful bidder must be able to show a past history of three (3) successfully completed duplex submersible public lift station projects within the past 10 years that are compliant with the applicable permits and standards. A reference list must be provided demonstrating said successfully completed work which includes project name, owner contact information, consultant contact information, description of work, contract value, and dates that the work occurred. 32120 The work includes furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing LIFT STATION NO. 40 REPLACEMENT.
