Project consists of the new construction of the Sharon Public Library (approx. 29,462 gsf) and complete site work. Construction is steel framed, two-story with basement, fiber-cement siding, wood windows, asphalt shingle and membrane roofs. Systems include traction elevator, full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology and security, and fire protection systems. The scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, all related site work, hardscape/landscape, underground utilities, parking and on-site services, roadways, foundations, structural steel, building envelope, interior finishes, and mechanical systems. The Project will be required to meet all the Owners requirements to achieve the specified target to receive a Silver LEED Certification.
